At Candleo, each candle is handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of wax products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

As our candles are custom-made and sensitive to temperature and handling, we are unable to accept any returns, replacements, or exchanges. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to assist. Please follow the steps below:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@candleo.in with:
    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Your order number and full name
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners after dispatch. However, we’re always here to help you coordinate with them if needed.
