At Candleo, we handcraft each candle with love and care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your order.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Since our products are handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods or seasonal launches.
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and courier service.
- Metro cities may receive packages faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for COD (Cash on Delivery), if applicable.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also contact our support team if you have any trouble tracking your package.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Candleo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
- In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@candleo.in
- Share clear photos of the damaged product and your order details
- Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit, based on the situation
