  • We reserve the right to update product prices, availability, and offers at any time without notice.
  • Promotional discounts may be limited-time and subject to conditions.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateways.
  • We do not store your payment information.
  • Candleo reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery time varies based on location and courier partner.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of wax products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
In case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit.
